Microscope Head

The microscope body has 1x and 2x objectives, rotates 360º for convenient viewing options, and has a maximum working distance of 81 mm without an auxiliary Barlow lens. Depending on your choice of eyepieces (5x, 10x, 12.5x, 15x, 20x, or 30x), you can achieve magnification settings ranging from 5x-60x, without the corresponding cost of a zoom microscope.

The EMT1-P’s left eyetube has dioptric adjustment for convenient focusing of both eyes, and the eyepieces have an interpupillary adjustment range of 54-75 mm to adjust comfortably to the distance between your eyes. Binocular only.

Stand

The affordable 20mm diameter P pole stand comes with an F-size focus block mounted to a metal base. The focusing block features dual coarse focus knobs, rack and pinion gearing, a safety clutch with tension adjustment and 55mm of travel. Twin mounting clips position and secure specimens on a 94.5mm reversible black and white stage plate.

Illumination

Since the stand does not have integrated illumination we offer a selection of shadow-free, ring lights when adding to cart.
